Techtronic Industries Co Mexico S De RL De CV seeks a Quality Engineer to ensure quality across production lines and collaborate with global Engineering and Operations teams. You will lead process control, manage audits, and support new designs across product categories.

The ideal candidate has a mechanical/electrical engineering background with 3–5 years QA experience, strong problem-solving skills, knowledge of core tools, and English proficiency. Some travel is expected.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of work experience as a Quality Engineer.
• Extensive knowledge of Core Tools.
• ISO 9001:2015 auditing highly desirable.
• Knowledge of engineering standards and quality tools.
• Statistical analysis skills.
• Proficient in problem solving (8D, FTA, Ishikawa).
• Ability to interpret drawings.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with WinSPC and Minitab.
• Basic electronics and ESD knowledge.
• Lean Manufacturing knowledge.
• Advanced English.

Responsabilidades

• Follow up quality activities across production lines.
• Maintain rapport with team through proactive communication.
• Monitor daily scrap, FTQ, and PPM targets.
• Approve and follow up PCRs.
• Follow up to NCMRs, action trackers, CARs & SCARs.
• Evaluate annual performance in Workday.
• Understand manufacturing processes.
• Coordinate with Milwaukee Tool's schedule and manage engineers/technicians.
• Develop inspection methodologies and provide equipment for quality activities.
• Support department activities and ensure compliance with quality, safety and environmental policies.

3-5 years QA experience

QMS ISO 9001:2015 auditing desirable
