Michael Page International México Reclutamiento Especializado S.A. de C.V. is assisting a global manufacturer in finding a Senior Quality Engineer to lead the development and continuous improvement of the plant's Quality Management System (QMS).

The successful candidate will drive RCA, CAPA, 8D investigations, and Lean initiatives, partner with operations and functions, and support TN Visa relocation to Wisconsin, USA after onboarding in Mexico.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 5+ years of Quality Engineering experience in manufacturing.
• Fluent English required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the development and continuous improvement of the plant's Quality Management System (QMS).
• Establish quality procedures, controls, standards, and best practices across manufacturing operations.
• Drive Root Cause Analysis (RCA), CAPA, 8D investigations, and corrective action implementation.
• Analyze quality metrics, trends, and process performance to identify improvement opportunities.
• Partner closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, Customer Service, Procurement, Sales, and Technical Services teams.
• Support customer issue resolution and strengthen customer-focused quality processes.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives utilizing Lean Manufacturing, SPC, FMEA, Kaizen, and process mapping methodologies.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, regulatory requirements, environmental regulations, and safety procedures.
• Provide technical leadership and help drive the site's long-term quality journey.
