Emerson in Mexicali, MX seeks a results-driven Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams through new product introductions and manufacturing transfers. You will align milestones with customer, engineering, quality, and regulatory standards while delivering on time and within scope.

You will communicate progress to leadership, identify risks, and drive data-driven decisions to resolve operational challenges, ensuring compliance with QMS, EHS, and safety standards.

Formación

• Demonstrated experience leading complex projects such as product launches, process transfers, or large operational initiatives.
• Ability to coordinate and influence cross-functional teams in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey technical and non-technical information in English.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to manage multiple priorities and make informed, data-based decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead cross-functional teams to plan and execute new product introductions and manufacturing process transfers.
• Define, monitor, and manage project milestones, technical requirements, and deliverables aligned with customer, engineering, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Facilitate regular project reviews, proactively identify risks, and partner with functional leaders to implement mitigation plans.
• Communicate project progress, performance, and key insights to plant and extended leadership teams.
• Analyze technical and operational challenges, develop data‑driven solutions, and document process or material changes.
• Ensure all project activities comply with quality management systems, environmental, health, and safety standards.
