Monks is seeking a Producer with a knack for design, animation, and video editing at scale. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality assets across multiple projects, coordinating across time zones and departments.

You will lead a regional team of producers and designers, ensuring alignment with client strategy, brand, and creative goals while maintaining Monks' quality standards.

Formación

• 3+ years in digital advertising or creative production.
• Fluent English required.
• Strong understanding of the creative workflow for fast-paced design/animation.
• Excellent cross-team and client communication.
• Ability to scope, quote and propose timelines with senior staff.

Responsabilidades

• Brief teams on delivery objectives and track progress.
• Ensure deadlines are met with precision; flag unattainable ones.
• Schedule, prioritize, and assign resources across projects.
• Coordinate between clients and teams to meet milestones.
