Job summary

Marelli is seeking a Project Manager for its AL&S team in Cd. Juarez, Mexico. You will lead and coordinate new product and business acquisition projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timing, quality, cost, and stakeholder satisfaction.

You will manage cross-functional teams across Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Purchasing, Finance, and Sales, while maintaining strong communication with internal and external stakeholders. The role requires travel and a hybrid work arrangement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Project Management or similar position.
• Intermediate to Advanced English proficiency.
• Microsoft 365, MS Project and PPM experience.
• Availability for domestic and international travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure activities.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Purchasing, Finance, and Sales.
• Manage project risks and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Monitor project KPIs, budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers.
• Facilitate project review meetings and Phase Gate approvals.
• Manage project changes, scope modifications, and customer requirements.
