Marelli is seeking a Program Manager for its Electronics Division in Aguascalientes, Mexico. The role focuses on leading electronics projects (DV/PV Test, Mechanical design basics, Optics, Hardware graphics) from initiation to delivery, reporting to the Project Manager.

The position is based at Marelli’s office in PIVA Aguascalientes and requires management of cross-functional teams to meet cost, schedule, and quality objectives.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electronics or related field; Master’s degree or PMP preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in project management within automotive electronics.
• Knowledge of IATF16949, ASPICE, ISO26262 is highly desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, quality, manufacturing, purchasing, etc.) to deliver electronics projects on time, within budget, and to required specifications.
• Develop comprehensive project plans (timelines, milestones, resources, risk management) in alignment with customer requirements and Marelli standards.
• Serve as the primary interface with customers and internal/external stakeholders to ensure project expectations are understood and met.
• Monitor project budgets, resource allocation, and cost efficiency; support cost estimates and recovery plans as needed.
• Identify and manage project risks/issues, drive mitigation strategies, and ensure proactive problem solving.
• Prepare and present regular project status reports to leadership and customers; maintain transparent communication at all project stages.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Promote lessons learned and drive process improvements within the Electronics team.
