Marelli AL&S in Cd. Juarez, Mex Plant 1, is seeking a Project Manager to lead cross-functional product and business acquisition projects from initiation through completion.

You will ensure timing, quality, cost and customer requirements while coordinating Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Purchasing, Finance, and Sales teams. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, with 5+ years in Project Management and strong English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field is required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Management or similar position.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
• Availability for domestic and international travel.
• Experience with MS Project and PPM.

Responsabilités

• Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure activities.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Purchasing, Finance, and Sales.
• Manage project risks and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Monitor project KPIs, budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers.
• Facilitate project review meetings and Phase Gate approvals.
• Manage project changes, scope modifications, and customer requirements.
