Marelli AL&S is seeking a Project Manager to join our Project Management AL&S team, reporting directly to the Project Manager. This role is based at our Cd.

Juarez, Mex Plant 1 office and leads new product and business acquisition projects from initiation through completion. The successful candidate will coordinate cross-functional teams across Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Purchasing, Finance and Sales, manage risks, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while maintaining strong

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field is required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Management or a similar role.
• Proficient in English (intermediate to advanced).
• Experience with Microsoft 365, MS Project and PPM tools.
• Available for domestic and international travel.

Responsabilidades

• Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure activities.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Purchasing, Finance, and Sales.
• Manage project risks and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Monitor project KPIs, budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers.
• Facilitate project review meetings and Phase Gate approvals.
• Manage project changes, scope modifications, and customer requirements.
