Job summary

Marelli is seeking a Project Manager for the AL&S team in Cd. Juarez, Mexico. The role leads new product and business acquisition projects from initiation to completion, coordinating cross-functional teams and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities include planning, scheduling, risk management, and customer liaison, with a hybrid work model and opportunities for global collaboration. A strong engineering or business background and travel availability are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Management or similar position.
• Intermediate to Advanced English proficiency.
• Microsoft 365, MS Project and PPM experience.
• Availability for domestic and international travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure activities.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Purchasing, Finance, and Sales.
• Manage project risks and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Monitor project KPIs, budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers.
• Facilitate project review meetings and Phase Gate approvals.
• Manage project changes, scope modifications, and customer requirements.
