Güntner is seeking a Senior Project Engineer to lead strategic, high-impact projects across our Mexico operations. You will drive planning, execution, and delivery while coordinating cross-functional and international teams.

The role requires an engineering degree, PMP certification, and 5–8 years of end-to-end project management experience. Strong leadership, communication, and proficiency with agile/hybrid methods and project tools are essential.

Formación

• Engineering degree in Industrial/Mechanical or related field.
• PMP certification required.
• Advanced English communication skills.
• 5–8 years leading complex cross-functional projects.
• Experience with international teams and multiple locations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead complex projects from planning to execution.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams for on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and mitigate risks.
