Güntner in Mexico is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to join the Strategic Projects Team, leading high-impact initiatives in refrigeration and HVAC/R. You will translate customer needs into technical deliverables and drive cross-functional collaboration across engineering and sales.

The role emphasizes regulatory compliance (ASHRAE, AHRI, ISO), technical documentation, and on-time delivery, with close cooperation with R&D, quality, and manufacturing teams.

Formación

• Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in refrigeration and HVAC/R.
• Experience managing projects from concept to production completion.
• Knowledge of AHRI, ASHRAE, CTI, ISO, ASME standards.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Effective verbal and written communication and presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end execution of strategic projects and custom engineered products.
• Define technical requirements, scope, timelines, and risks.
• Lead selection activities (products, materials, components, accessories) and ensure compliance.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including specifications and drawings.
• Coordinate with PMO to plan production runs and confirm process capability.
• Follow up with PMO, production, and suppliers to track progress and resolve issues.
• Ensure quality through inspections, test plans, and root cause analysis.
