Güntner Group seeks a Senior Project Engineer to lead high-impact projects and support organizational growth. You will drive planning, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration across locations and time zones.

Ideal candidates bring 5–8 years in complex project management, PMP certification, and strong English communication. Experience in manufacturing or supply chain is valued, with mastery of Agile or hybrid methods and popular PM tools.

Formación

• Degree in Engineering, preferably Industrial, Mechanical, or related fields.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.
• Advanced English ability for effective verbal and written communication.
• 5 to 8 years of experience managing complex projects end-to-end.
• Experience leading cross-functional and international teams across locations and time zones.
• Background in manufacturing, operations, supply chain, engineering, or industrial projects.
• Proficient in Scrum, Kanban, Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methods.
• Expert-level with project management software such as Asana, Jira, Monday.com, MS Project, or Trello.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage complex projects from planning to execution.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely and on-budget delivery.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, identify and mitigate risks.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
