Advanced Energy in Mexicali seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead and manage complex engineering projects from concept through completion. You will drive planning, schedules, budgets, and cross‑functional coordination to deliver solutions on time and within budget.

The role requires strong technical expertise, clear communication, and mentorship of junior engineers. You will report to stakeholders, ensure compliance with standards, and push for continuous improvement in project execution.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or higher in Engineering or related field and PM experience.
• 7+ years in engineering project management, preferred in manufacturing/industrial sectors.
• Strong knowledge of engineering principles, lifecycle, and quality systems.
• Experience with MS Project/Primavera and CAD software; PMP a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of engineering projects.
• Develop detailed scopes, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including design, manufacturing, quality, and vendors.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigations.
• Ensure compliance with standards and company policies.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
• Prepare and present project updates and documentation to stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement in processes and project execution.
