Güntner in Mexico is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to join the Strategic Projects Team. You will identify and lead high‑impact projects aligning with business objectives, market trends, and regulatory standards.

Collaborating with sales engineers, R&D, quality, and regulatory teams, you will translate customer requirements into clear engineering deliverables, manage timelines and milestones, and ensure on‑time delivery with clear senior leadership updates.

Formación

• Bachelor degree in Mechanical, electromechanical, Chemical engineering or related field.
• At least 3 years in refrigeration and HVAC/R.
• Experience managing projects from concept to production.
• Knowledge of AHRI, ASHRAE, CTI, ISO, ASME standards.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end strategic projects and custom engineered products.
• Define technical requirements, scope, and risks with stakeholders.
• Coordinate product selections and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Create and maintain technical docs, BOMs, and process instructions.
• Track progress with PMO, ensure on-time delivery and quality.
