Flex is seeking a Sr Program Manager to join our team in Guadalajara, North Campus. You will guide cross-functional experts to deliver customer-focused products, supporting development and implementation of project, pricing and program strategies to deliver business value.
You will coordinate with the team to ensure targets are met, lead large NPI projects, and communicate status to customers and upper management.
Formación
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Robust experience in a similar role on a production floor.
- Strong communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Knowledge of SMT and PTH processes.
- Organized, responsible with strong teamwork.
- Proactive mindset essential.
- Knowledge of technical manufacturing processes.
Responsabilidades
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet customer targets (quality, testing, materials, processes).
- Lead Large NPI projects and report status to customers and upper management.
- Direct multidisciplinary teams to achieve negotiated goals with customers.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and project profitability while managing schedule, budget and technical requirements.
- Communicate requirements, schedules and constraints to engineers, management and consultants.
- Develop status reports and manage project financials to meet customer requirements.
