Job summary

Flex is seeking a Program Management Manager in Guadalajara, North Campus, reporting to the Sr Program Management Manager. You will lead a cross-functional team to drive customer programs from inception through manufacturing, ensuring value to the business unit and customer.

You will coordinate with CFT, manage NPIs, support negotiations, and align launches with cost and P&L projections while communicating effectively in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (electronics/mechatronics/industrial) or related field.
• Experience in a similar PM role in electronics manufacturing.
• Advanced English.
• BA/BS/MBA or equivalent work experience.
• Focused on NPIs.
• Knowledge of electronics manufacturing operations (processes, test, industrial engineering).
• Strong communication in English and Spanish.
• P&L administration & quotations.
• Microsoft Office experience.
• Experience with cross-functional teams (CFT).
• Experience with demanding clients.
• Customer service experience.
• Project management experience.
• People management experience.
• MBA and PMP certifications are plus.

Responsibilities

• Be the main communication channel for customers and act as escalation point for issues.
• Demonstrate advanced operations and process technology knowledge.
• Analyze technical and financial reports and present to customers.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for target compliance actions.
• Support contract negotiations and price definitions.
• Manage product life cycle of new programs and align with launch costs and P&L projections.
