Goods & Services is seeking a Program Director to own cross-workstream delivery in a hands-on leadership role. Based in Mexico City with travel to Greenville, you will triage and delegate across teams, hold owners accountable for completion, and mature the production support model within client organizations.

We require 10+ years in technical program management, significant client-facing consulting experience, and the ability to operate in large, complex environments with incomplete information.

Formación

• 10+ years of experience in technical program management, preferably in a client-facing consulting or professional services environment.
• Experience partnering with client engineering, operations, and business stakeholders to drive alignment and outcomes.
• Experience with multiple program management methodologies (waterfall, agile) and governance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting status and recommendations to senior client leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex, cross-functional technical programs on behalf of client organizations.
• Define program scope, milestones, timelines, dependencies, resources, and budget within the SOW, managing risks and changes.
• Communicate and execute program strategies aligned with enterprise architecture, security, and standards.
• Serve as escalation point for critical issues, coordinating across client and consulting-team stakeholders.
• Enforce governance, KPIs, SLAs, and reporting for successful delivery and operational excellence.
• Drive strategic planning for program funding, resource allocation, and organizational change management.
