Motivus is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large, cross-functional programs with regional impact across deployment, process, data, product, change and business workstreams. This role emphasizes governance, benefits realization, risk-based decision making, and executive stakeholder alignment.

The Senior PMO professional will drive delivery from multiple streams, coach project managers, and act as a point of escalation before steering committee reviews.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, operations, technology, or related field; advanced degree or professional certification preferred.
• 8–10 years of experience in project management, program management, PMO, transformation, operations, or related roles.
• Proven experience leading large, complex projects or programs with multi-stakeholder, cross-functional, and regional impact.

Responsabilidades

• Lead large, complex projects or programs with multi-stakeholder and regional impact.
• Manage delivery milestones, governance cadence, dependencies and integrated plans.
• Drive cross-functional delivery integration across workstreams and markets.
• Enforce PMO governance, quality standards, and control requirements across projects.
• Lead benefits realization planning with measurable outcomes and ownership clarity.
• Chair delivery reviews and ensure proper governance materials for executive decisions.
• Apply risk-based decision making to identify delivery threats and corrective actions.
• Coach multiple project teams and ensure delivery capability within PMO standards.
• Translate strategy into executable delivery plans for sponsors and stakeholders.
