KMS Technology is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to oversee the day-to-day delivery operations for a key client project. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder relationships, and drive projects to successful outcomes in a dynamic environment.

The ideal candidate brings a proven track record of delivering complex software initiatives, strong communication, and leadership skills to ensure delivery quality and risk mitigation across distributed teams.

Formación

• 10+ years of professional experience in delivery management or related leadership roles.
• Proven experience leading delivery of complex software projects.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and delivery methodologies.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, or hybrid models.
• Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and stakeholder expectations.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day delivery activities ensuring on-time, high-quality commitments.
• Act as primary contact for delivery-related matters with client, stakeholders, and internal teams.
• Monitor progress, timelines, risks, dependencies, and overall health of projects.
• Govern SLAs and contractual commitments, ensuring service levels are met.
• Drive alignment between client expectations, business objectives, and execution plans.
