Vertiv in Mexicali is seeking a Program Manager to lead one or more moderately to significantly complex projects, aligning customer needs with business objectives and driving execution across engineering and manufacturing domains. The role emphasizes cost, scope, and schedule management, earned value and baseline change control, plus clear communication and documentation.

A PMI or GBSS certification is preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering discipline.
• Experience aligning customer needs with business competencies to drive growth in both existing programs and emerging markets.
• Demonstrated ability to write technical reports and project proposals.
• Ability to be company spokesperson for key programs.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ethics and integrity in professional conduct.
• Detail-oriented with timely task completion.
• Problem-solving and critical thinking with complex problem resolution.
• Experience in project management assignments and manufacturing context.
• Broad knowledge of project management processes and principles.
• Manufacturing background desirable.
• Integrate engineering/production concepts with PM systems.
• Knowledge of earned value, baseline change control.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• PMI and GBSS certifications desired.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate, determine, and drive program management activities for one or more moderate to significantly complex projects.
• Provide expertise to review and drive execution of innovative solutions to technical issues.
• Develop cost, scope, and schedule framework for projects and program elements; manage and intervene to ensure deliverables are met.
• Provide primary support and guidance to financial planning, monitoring, scheduling, and release of technical information for program planning.
