Plexus Corp. in Mexico seeks a Program Manager to lead the tactical interface between the customer and Plexus functional areas, guiding the Customer Focus Team and managing day-to-day relationships.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree with 8+ years of related experience preferred.
• An equivalent combination of education and/or experience will be considered.

Responsabilidades

• Engage and lead the Customer Focus Team(s), ensuring teams understand program contracts/goals, are empowered to make decisions, and solve problems.
• Oversee delivery planning and ensure delivery to commitments within cost parameters across programs; build trust with customers and identify new sales opportunities with CM/CDs.
• Establish and share best practices for customer service and satisfaction; model Plexus Core Values and the Plexus 5Es.
• Create a culture of QBWM and Continuous Improvement in Customer Focus Team(s); share CI wins and leverage global best practices locally.
• Collaborate with CM/CD, Financial Analyst, and other departments to drive improvements in financial performance of programs; share best practices.
• If direct reports exist, develop and coach employees, conduct succession planning, and ensure growth potential is realized.
