Dematic Corp. is seeking a Sr. Project Manager to drive complex projects from initiation through close-out in a fast-paced environment.

You will collaborate with Contract Manager, Project Controller, Project Lead Engineer, and core team to translate client requirements into actionable scope and tasks. Responsible for on-time delivery, budget adherence, and quality, with strong communication and formal documentation practices.

Formación

• Cooperation with Site Manager and EHS&S Group on safety per company or legislation requirements.
• Conduct project assessments, capture lessons learned, prepare close-out reports.
• Accountability for project risk and opportunity management with mitigation strategies.
• Organize and manage the project team and resources.
• Ensure customer/partner concerns are addressed by line organizations.
• Lead required project team meetings and governance.
• Report project status to management at multiple levels.
• Prepare monthly PSR workbooks with project controlling support.
• Maintain cost development with detailed forecasts.
• Develop and maintain the Project Execution Plan throughout the lifecycle.
• Coordinate with ME/CE Leads for vital specifications and supplier negotiations.

Responsabilidades

• Translate customer requirements into defined scope and tasks for the project, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and quality delivery.
• Maintain documentation and deliverables including Functional Design Specifications, drawings, and Acceptance Test Plans.
• Schedule Contract Review meetings during the Project Kick-Off phase.
• Review and manage contracts and changes post-sales turnover with support from the Contract Manager.
• Collaborate to build and maintain the project plan using established processes and tools.
• Oversee overall project budget, schedule, and changes during the lifecycle.
• Facilitate a smooth handover to Customer Service and the external Customer at project close-out.
