Jobtailor is seeking an experienced PMO leader in Monterrey to drive governance, audit readiness, and automation across consulting services. You will manage PSA/CRM tools, build dashboards with BI platforms, and develop global processes for the business unit.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in PMO/ops, strong regional North America experience, and a solid grounding in revenue recognition for services. A Bachelor's degree is required; MBA is a plus.

Formación

• 8–12+ years of experience in PMO, Professional Services/Consulting Operations, or Business Operations.
• Strong experience operating from a regional hub supporting North America stakeholders.
• Deep, hands-on experience with PSA/resource management platforms (Upland, Certinia etc.) and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
• Strong working knowledge of project/portfolio management tools (Smartsheet, Jira, or similar).
• Advanced Excel and BI proficiency (Tableau, Looker, Power BI) for building operational and audit-ready dashboards.
• Solid understanding of revenue recognition principles as they apply to services engagements.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Operations, or related field; MBA a plus but not required.
