Danfoss GmbH, Apodaca, Mexico, seeks a Senior Professional to lead WAN service delivery and drive reliable, high-performance network services for our global business. On-site role based in Apodaca, Mexico, responsible for service performance, continuous improvement, and stakeholder engagement across internal teams and external providers.

You will own incident management, monitor KPIs, and ensure governance compliance while coordinating complex operations to keep teams connected and productive.

• Strong knowledge of ITIL practices and service management processes.
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and providers in complex environments.
