The role requires over 20 years of experience, green belt Six Sigma certification, and strong leadership abilities. Responsibilities include mentoring less senior supervisors, planning manufacturing activities, and conducting major change initiatives. Formación

• 20+ years of experience in manufacturing, with experience in feeder and assembly departments.
• Must have 6 Sigma green belt certification.
• Compliance with OSHA/STOP training.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, organize and direct manufacturing activities.
• Mentor and support less senior supervisors.
• Lead major change initiatives and green belt projects.
