Job summary

Vertiv Co in CampSies, L’Derry, seeks a Production Supervisor to lead a 60+ person team across multiple shifts. You will report to the Production Manager and drive performance improvements, safety and KPI attainment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The role requires extensive supervision experience, ERP/MRP proficiency, and a proven ability to manage production targets while maintaining a focus on health and safety and team development.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of senior supervision/management experience in a production/manufacturing environment.
• Experience in ERP/MRP electronic production control systems.
• Proven track record of leading teams to achieve production targets in a customer-focused setting.
• Strong background in KPIs and operational performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Manage 60+ personnel under the Production Manager to meet objectives.
• Improve and motivate staff to achieve production targets and KPI goals.
• Oversee CNC machining, feeder processes, machine shop production, and powder line operations.
• Conduct performance management, recruitment, and safety initiatives.
• Coordinate daily with Production Manager, schedulers, engineers, logistics, and stores to meet deadlines.
