Job summary

TE Connectivity Ltd. in Juárez, Mexico is seeking a Sr. Production Planning Supervisor to lead planning activities, monitor performance, and coordinate supply chain functions to ensure on-time delivery.

You will oversee demand and material planning, optimize inventory, collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Operations, and Customer Service, and drive continuous improvement in scheduling. The role requires SAP PP, advanced Excel and Power BI, 5+ years in planning leadership, and strong English

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning or Production Planning leadership.
SAP Production Planning (PP) module experience required.
Advanced English proficiency.
Strong background in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Capacity Planning.
ERP/MRP systems and planning processes understanding.
Advanced Excel and Power BI skills.

Responsibilities

Analyze customer demand, forecasts, and historical usage to develop production plans.
Partner with cross-functional teams to align plans with demand while optimizing cost.
Lead the production scheduling process balancing demand, capacity, and priorities.
Monitor demand vs capacity and develop mitigation plans for shortages.
Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Operations, and Customer Service to ensure on-time delivery.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on scheduling accuracy and inventory optimization.
Make data-driven decisions and address operational challenges.
Establish and monitor planning KPIs and accountability standards.
Develop recovery plans to minimize disruptions from shortages or capacity constraints.
