Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Planning, Materials Management, Procurement, or Manufacturing Operations.
• Solid understanding of Supply Chain and Production Planning concepts (Demand/Forecast, MRP, MPS, Build Planning).
• Strong MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP).
• Ability to work with cross‑functional teams and communicate with global teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer demand, forecasts, backlog, and production requirements to identify potential supply and capacity gaps.
• Monitor material availability, lead times, POs, and other constraints impacting the production plan.
• Support alignment of forecast, capacity, MPS, and build plans across planning horizon.
• Identify risks early and coordinate actions with Planning, Procurement, Operations, and stakeholders.
• Maintain visibility of supply‑chain performance: shortages, backlog, inventory, and delivery risks.
• Track action plans, owners, due dates, and escalations to ensure timely closures.
• Prepare supply‑chain analyses, dashboards, and executive summaries to support decisions.
