TE Connectivity seeks a Production Planning & Purchasing professional in Querétaro, Mexico to monitor shipments, manage orders and inventory, and support logistics to meet service levels and targets.

Responsibilities include SAP-based planning, coordinating with NA plant supply chain and production teams, issuing purchase orders, onboarding suppliers, and maintaining SAP master data to resolve procurement issues.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–4 years of work experience in Production planning and purchasing preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Self-organized, structured/methodical, take initiative.
• Strong customer focus; excellent communication skills in English.
• Excellent SAP knowledge: PP, MM & WM.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor the execution of shipments and manage orders and shortages.
• Support logistics and meet or exceed service levels and inventory targets.
• Collaborate with Plant Supply Chain and production teams across NA region on material availability and issues.
• Launch purchase orders and maintain alignment with suppliers on procurement topics.
• Onboard new suppliers and manage orders and scheduling agreements.
• Maintain material master data in SAP (MRP Views).
• Analyze potential supply chain blockages and assess production and supplier capacity.
