ClassPass is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the Internal Ops squad to lead product strategy and drive automation across internal platforms. You will partner with CX, Sales, Partnerships, Finance, and Engineering to reduce manual work, optimize workflows, and improve system reliability.

You will translate operational feedback and data into a prioritized roadmap, own OKRs, and guide complex internal-tooling projects from discovery to launch with a focus on OpEx savings and efficiency.

Formación

• 4+ years of product management experience, including internal tools or enterprise SaaS.
• Ability to turn operational pain points into measurable product bets.
• Strong collaboration with CX, Sales, Partnerships, Finance, Ops, and Engineering.

Responsabilidades

• Own product strategy and roadmap for ClassPass Internal Ops to boost productivity and reduce manual work.
• Lead discovery and delivery for automation-heavy initiatives, including AI-enabled workflows and scheduling automation.
• Partner with multiple internal teams to identify bottlenecks and translate them into scalable product solutions.
• Define success metrics (OpEx reduction, handle-time reduction, automation rate) and manage OKRs.
• Balance automation bets with internal tooling improvements and data privacy considerations.
• Translate user feedback, analytics, and constraints into clear product requirements.
• Oversee cross-functional rollouts, QA, change management, training, and post-launch iteration.
• Collaborate with engineering on tradeoffs for reliability, tech debt, and maintainability.
