Senior Product Lead — End-to-End Digital Experiences

Ranger Technical Resources partners with a large hospitality organization to build an internal digital Product and Technology function. We seek a hands-on Product Lead with true end-to-end ownership, from discovery to launch, measurement, and continuous improvement.

You will uncover customer and business problems, set priorities, own the roadmap, and guide products with Design and Engineering on APIs and integrations.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive Product Management with ownership of complex digital products.
• Experience guiding products through discovery, prioritization, roadmap, delivery, launch, and iteration.
• Influence senior stakeholders and resolve competing priorities without formal authority.
• Decision-making based on customer needs, business outcomes, data, and measurable results.
• Partner with Design and Engineering on APIs, integrations, and tradeoffs.
• Experience in early-stage or transforming Product organizations is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end direction, roadmap, delivery, and results of a customer-facing digital product.
• Establish strategy grounded in customer problems and measurable outcomes.
• Conduct hands-on discovery with customers and stakeholders to identify problems.
• Evaluate competing requests and decide what to prioritize or delay.
• Maintain a roadmap communicating priorities, tradeoffs, dependencies, sequencing.
• Influence senior stakeholders across functions and executive leadership.
• Translate problems into clear outcomes, requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Partner with Design to shape journeys, prototype solutions, and improve usability.
• Work with Engineering to balance value, architecture, integrations, and risk.
• Define success measures and use analytics to guide iteration after launch.
• Stay involved post-launch to identify opportunities and next steps.
• Establish scalable Product operating practices for growth, including AI-enabled research and analysis.
