Bnberry is building DBS, a new B2B SaaS product connecting guest booking UX, hotel workflows, and AI discovery tools. We’re seeking a PM to own DBS end-to-end and drive measurable hotel value.

The role centers on the guest journey, hotel onboarding, adoption, and search/AI visibility in a fast-growing hospitality tech environment. Bring 3+ years in product management for travel tech, strong US market experience, and hands-on research skills.

Formación

• 3+ years in product management for customer-facing travel/hospitality tech.
• Demonstrable US market experience.
• Strong user research and experimentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Define product vision and roadmap for DBS, linking guest UX, hotel workflows, and AI discovery.
• Own the booking journey end-to-end and identify friction in calendars, rates, checkout, and integration effects.
• Translate onboarding, reporting, and adoption needs into measurable product decisions.
• Own search and AI/SEO visibility capabilities and collaborate with marketing.
• Interview hoteliers and travelers, run usability tests, and translate findings into priorities.
• Define success metrics before building and use experiments to guide iteration.
• Collaborate with Design and Engineering through detailed journeys and iterative shipping.
• Align Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer Success around DBS priorities.
