Mattel in Monterrey, Mexico, seeks a Senior Manager, Product Development, to lead the Product Development team and drive the development of innovative construction toy products from concept through production. You will partner with Design, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing to deliver high-quality products worldwide.

Formación

• 10+ years of experience in product development, engineering, or technical project management within toys, consumer products, or related industries.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience managing technical teams.
• Strong understanding of product development, plastic part design, tooling, and manufacturing processes.
• Experience leading products from concept through production.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
• Passion for innovation, problem-solving, and developing great consumer products.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Product Development team.
• Drive end-to-end product development from concept through production launch.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate product concepts into manufacturable solutions.
• Establish and improve product development processes, standards, and best practices.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders, suppliers, and manufacturing partners to resolve technical challenges and deliver projects on time.
• Support tooling development, production readiness, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure products meet Mattel's quality, safety, and compliance requirements.
