Mattel Brick Shop seeks a Senior Product Development Engineer to drive innovative construction toy product development from concept to production. You will collaborate with Design, Quality, Packaging and Manufacturing to ensure products meet quality, cost and manufacturability targets while supporting successful launches to market.

You will manage EP/FEP builds, prototype and production samples, review BOMs, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver on time with continuous improvement

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• 4+ years of product engineering or development experience.
• Knowledge of plastic part design and injection molding.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; able to travel internationally.

Responsabilidades

• Support engineering development from concept through production.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and suppliers.
• Manage EP and FEP builds, identify and resolve issues.
• Manage prototype and production samples with feedback.
• Review engineering documentation and BOMs for accuracy.
• Support tooling development and production readiness.
• Track milestones and ensure on-time delivery.
• Coach junior engineers as needed.
