Mattel Brick Shop in Monterrey, Mexico is seeking a Senior Manager, Product Development to lead our Product Development team, shaping the next generation of construction toys for children worldwide.

You will drive end-to-end product development from concept through production, partnering with Design, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain and Manufacturing to deliver innovative, safe, manufacturable products that meet cost and schedule targets.

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Product Development team.
• Drive end-to-end product development from concept through production launch.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate product concepts into manufacturable solutions.
• Establish and improve product development processes, standards, and best practices.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders, suppliers, and manufacturing partners to resolve technical challenges and deliver projects on time.
• Support tooling development, production readiness, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure products meet Mattel's quality, safety, and compliance requirements.
