The Coca-Cola Company in Mexico City is seeking a Senior Manager, Product Development for the Juice Category LATAM to lead development and renovation across LATAM, translating consumer and market insights into scalable beverage solutions.

You will drive formulation, processing, regulatory, quality, packaging, and scale‑up, and partner with Marketing, Regulatory, Quality, Procurement, Operations, and Supply Chain to accelerate decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant food science field is required.
• Advanced degree are preferred for leadership in R&D.
• Experience leading cross‑functional beverage projects is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and renovation of LATAM juice portfolios from concept to launch.
• Translate consumer insights into technically feasible, scalable solutions.
• Guide cross‑functional teams across Marketing, Regulatory, Quality, Procurement, Ops, and Supply Chain.
• Coach product developers and drive enterprise‑level decision making.
