You will lead development and renovation of juice, nectar, and juice drink portfolios across LATAM, translating consumer and market insights into scalable, high‑quality products.

You will manage cross‑functional teams across marketing, regulatory, quality, procurement, operations, and bottling.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product development experience in beverages.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects from concept to launch.
• Strong understanding of fruit ingredients, processing, and sensory.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and renovation of juice portfolios across LATAM.
• Translate consumer and market insights into feasible, scalable products.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Regulatory, Quality, Procurement, and Operations.
• Guide teams through pilot trials, scale-up, and commercialization.
