Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company in LATAM seeks a Senior Manager, Product Development to drive the juice category portfolio from concept through commercialization across the region. You will align consumer insights with technical feasibility while managing complex cross-functional teams.

You will lead R&D across formulations, processing, regulatory, quality, packaging, and scale-up, while coaching talent and communicating with senior leaders to ensure scalable, high-quality beverages for diverse markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or higher in food science or beverage engineering.
• Experience leading cross-functional product development projects.
• Strong understanding of beverage systems and regulatory considerations.

Responsibilities

• Lead product development and execution for Juice Category initiatives across LATAM from concept to commercialization.
• Translate consumer insights and market data into technically feasible, commercially relevant products.
• Drive holistic R&D integrating formulation, processing, packaging, scale-up and cost.
• Partner with Marketing, Regulatory, Quality, Procurement, Operations and Supply Chain to accelerate decisions.
• Coach and develop product developers and technical talent across the Juice network.
• Provide clear technical storytelling and data-based recommendations to senior leaders.
• Lead development and renovation of juice, nectar and juice drink portfolios.
