Nouryon in Mexico is looking for a Production Team Lead to operate the assigned unit safely and efficiently, maintaining quality and compliance with process standards. The role reports to the Production Superintendent in Los Reyes, MX.

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering.
• 1+ years of experience in a production environment.
• Effective English communication, both written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Lead operational personnel in compliance with procedures in the designated area.
• Maintain GMP and monitor production times and logs.
• Follow production plan to meet targets of quantity, timing, and quality.
• Complete documentation per Quality Management System (QMS).

About the job

Operate the assigned unit safely and efficiently while maintaining quality and complying with process efficiency standards.

In your future role as Production Team Lead you will

• Lead operational personnel in compliance with procedures applicable to the designated area.
• Follow and maintain Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) where applicable.
• Maintain standard yields and cycle times.
• Monitor the completion of process logs and ensure they are properly completed and kept up to date.
• Monitor and accurately record production times daily in accordance with OEE guidelines.
• Follow the production plan in coordination with the supervisor’s instructions to ensure production targets are met in terms of quantity, timing, and quality.
• Fully complete the documentation required by the Quality Management System (QMS), according to the applicable process.

We believe you bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering
• 1+ years of experience
• Must be able to understand and communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.

This is a permanent position on a full-time basis, reporting to the Production Superintendent based in Los Reyes, MX.
