Nouryon is seeking a Production Team Lead for itsLos Reyes site in Mexico. You will lead the production team, ensuring GMP compliance, quality yields, and efficient cycle times while maintaining meticulous logs and QMS documentation.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering and 1+ year of experience, with proficient English communication. This is a permanent, full-time onsite position reporting to the Production Superintendent in Los Reyes, MX.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering.
• 1+ years of experience in a production/processing environment.
• Proficiency in English, written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Lead operational personnel in the designated area in line with GMP and QMS requirements.
• Maintain standard yields and cycle times per production plan.
• Monitor and accurately record production times and process logs according to OEE guidelines.
• Complete documentation required by the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Ensure safe and efficient operation of the unit.
