Nouryon is seeking a Production Team Lead in Los Reyes, MX to operate the assigned unit safely, efficiently, and in compliance with GMP and QMS requirements. You will lead operational personnel, monitor process logs, and ensure production targets are met according to the plan.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering and 1+ years of experience, with clear English communication skills. This is a permanent full-time position reporting to the Production Superintendent in Los

Responsabilidades

• Lead operational personnel in compliance with area procedures.
• Maintain GMP standards; ensure yields and cycle times.
• Monitor and update process logs.
• Record daily production times per OEE guidelines.
• Follow the production plan to meet targets.
• Complete QMS documentation per process.

About the job

Operate the assigned unit safely and efficiently while maintaining quality and complying with process efficiency standards.

In your future role as Production Team Lead you will

• Lead operational personnel in compliance with procedures applicable to the designated area.
• Follow and maintain Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) where applicable. Maintain standard yields and cycle times.
• Monitor the completion of process logs and ensure they are properly completed and kept up to date.
• Monitor and accurately record production times daily in accordance with OEE guidelines.
• Follow the production plan in coordination with the supervisor’s instructions to ensure production targets are met in terms of quantity, timing, and quality.
• Fully complete the documentation required by the Quality Management System (QMS), according to the applicable process.

We believe you bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering
• 1+ years of experience
• Must be able to understand and communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
