SmartRecruiters, Inc. is seeking a Principal Engineer - Technical Project Manager for a full-time banking technology program role. You will manage large-scale upgrade and implementation projects, coordinating with client teams and delivery specialists to ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes.

Ideal candidates have 11+ years in PMO and banking/financial services projects, experience leading 50–60 person teams, and familiarity with T24/Temenos or similar banking platforms.

• Extensive banking and financial services project experience
• Experience managing banking system projects
• Experience leading large project teams (50-60 members)
• Experience with T24/Temenos banking platform upgrades
• Strong planning and delivery management skills

Responsabilidades

• Manage and coordinate banking system upgrade/implementation projects
• Lead and coordinate a project team of approximately 50-60 members
• Manage project planning, execution, tracking, and reporting
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and client teams
• Track project scope, schedule, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies
• Facilitate project governance and status meetings
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and dashboards
• Ensure effective communication between the client and project teams
• Support risk and issue management and drive timely resolution
• Monitor project progress against agreed timelines and deliverables
• Ensure alignment between project objectives, client expectations, and delivery teams
