The ideal candidate will manage upgrades, coordinate a ~50-60 person team, and ensure alignment with client expectations while maintaining governance and delivering on schedule.

• 11+ years of Project Management / PMO experience in banking projects.
• Strong experience in Banking / Financial Services projects and banking system implementations.
• Experience leading large project teams (50-60 members) and coordinating complex upgrades.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and coordinate banking system upgrade/implementation projects.
• Lead and coordinate a project team of approximately 50-60 members.
• Manage project planning, execution, tracking, and reporting.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and client teams.
• Track project scope, schedule, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Facilitate project governance and status meetings.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and dashboards.
• Ensure effective communication between the client and project teams.
• Support risk and issue management and drive timely resolution.
• Monitor project progress against agreed timelines and deliverables.
• Ensure alignment between project objectives, client expectations, and delivery teams.

Experience: 11 to 13+ years of experience in managing banking system projects

The candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating large-scale banking technology projects and working closely with the client and project teams. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in banking system implementations/upgrades, proven experience managing large project teams, and excellent communication skills in both: Spanish and English.
