THE WORK:
Lead the transformation of banking technology by shaping innovative solutions that drive business value and operational excellence. In this role, you will analyze current processes, identify improvement opportunities, and translate business needs into effective technology strategies. Working closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, you will help deliver impactful outcomes that support organizational growth and long-term success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Apply technical, industry, and functional expertise to design and deliver technology solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Assess current business processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, and performance.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and define technical and functional requirements.
• Leverage industry best practices, frameworks, and accelerators to support solution design and implementation.
• Provide strategic recommendations and insights to enable successful business transformation and change adoption.
• Support project planning, execution, and governance activities to ensure successful delivery outcomes.

HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

• Advanced proficiency in Core Banking.
• Proven experience delivering technology or transformation initiatives within the banking industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:

• Strong proficiency in Program and Project Management.
• Expertise in Project Estimation and Planning.
• Deep knowledge of Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) methodologies.
• Experience in Risk Management and mitigation planning.

• Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or related credentials.
