GeorgiaTEK Systems Inc. seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead client-facing Professional Services engagements for Capital Markets Front Office solutions. You will manage implementation, upgrades, integration, and transformation projects to ensure delivery success and customer satisfaction.

The role requires 8–10 years in Financial Services/Capital Markets, onsite client work 3–4 days per week, and strong governance, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Formación

• 8–10 years of Project Management experience within Financial Services, FinTech, or Capital Markets.
• Hands-on experience delivering Professional Services engagements.
• Strong onsite client-location experience, with 3–4 days per week in the office.
• Understanding of Front Office trading environments and trade lifecycle.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and governance capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Capital Markets software implementation projects.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and resources.
• Serve as the primary contact for client stakeholders.
• Coordinate Functional, Technical, QA, and Support teams.
• Drive project governance, status reporting, and executive communication.
• Support UAT, go-live, and post-production stabilization.
• Track project financials, utilization, revenue, and margins.
• Manage issues, escalations, and change requests.
