Job summary

KTSA – KPMG Technology Services Americas is seeking an experienced Agile Coach to build high-performing teams and drive SAFe practices across multiple delivery streams in Mexico. You will translate complex business needs into epics and stories, lead Scrum events, and mentor teams including senior leaders.

You will work in a hybrid environment with distributed teams, leveraging AI tools to improve planning, reporting, and delivery efficiency.

Qualifications

Facilitate, coach and mentor teams and leaders to rapidly deliver high-quality software.
Experience with GenAI/LLM, agile team planning, and SAFe roles preferred.
Ability to interface with executives and manage stakeholders across time zones.

Responsibilities

Lead teams and guide them to deliver valuable software increments.
Coach teams in Scrum and agile values; mentor senior staff and leaders.
Facilitate Scrum events and use AI tools to assist tasks and follow-up
Resolve conflicts with an assertive, professional approach and enable impediment resolution.
Estimate work and plan with AI-assisted techniques for scalable backlogs.
Coordinate with program releases and stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
Promote modern agile practices and real-time status updates for decision making.
