Delinea is seeking a Product Manager to join our Platform team, driving the product roadmap for Secret Server and PAM capabilities. This remote role collaborates with product owners, designers, and technical writers across the Product Management Group to shape Delinea's identity security platform.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of Agile Product Management experience, strong IT and cybersecurity knowledge, and a proven track record in building and delivering SaaS solutions.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or similar is preferred; Master’s degree a plus
• 5+ years of experience using Agile methodologies in a Product Management/Owner Role
• Experience and understanding of IT Systems (on-prem and cloud)
• Experience and understanding of cybersecurity concepts
• Understanding of Identity and Access Management concepts
• Experience in building SaaS software
• Experience delivering SaaS solutions is a plus
• Pragmatic Marketing / Scrum Product Owner Certifications a plus
• Excellent written, oral, presentation skills and collaborative mindset

Responsabilidades

• Develop tooling to support on-prem customers upgrading to the Delinea Platform
• Own roadmap areas for Secret Server and other PAM capabilities
• Translate customer needs into product requirements and use cases
• Collaborate with engineering and UX to deliver secure PAM workflows
• Maintain and prioritize a backlog balancing new PAM features and security
• Contribute to strategy and align roadmaps across product areas
• Evangelize PAM solutions with messaging, demos, and roadmap updates
• Partner with product marketing on value propositions and go-to-market plans
