Delinea seeks an experienced Identity Management consultant to join the Professional Services Team. You will guide global, complex projects in identity security, facilitating successful deployments of Delinea products and delivering solutions that meet client needs.

You will collaborate with sales and engineering, ensure best practices, and drive customer success while communicating effectively with executives and technical contacts.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in CS/EE or similar field.
• Proven experience in a technical delivery consulting role.
• Experience configuring and administering cloud providers: AWS, GCP, Azure.
• Familiar with MFA providers (Azure MFA, RSA/SecurID, Ping, OATH, OTPs).
• Strong understanding of PAM and security fundamentals.
• Administrative experience with Delinea products (Secret Server, Privilege Manager).
• Experience with PAM tools (CyberArk, BeyondTrust, HashiCorp, Okta).
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Self-starter with team-oriented mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Lead customers through software implementation using Delinea delivery methodology.
• Maintain utilization targets and complete project deliverables.
• Configure Delinea product solutions for Privilege Identity/Privilege Access.
• Become the subject matter expert on Delinea software.
• Build and maintain client relationships and act as trusted advisor.
• Collaborate with integration teams to scope, gather requirements, and implement PAM solutions.
• Produce architectural/configuration plans, scripts, and environment documentation.
• Work independently and align work with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with Solutions Architect Leads and Professional Services Managers.
