Delinea is seeking a Senior Product Manager in Mexico City for hybrid work. You will drive new AI-driven identity security features and authorization capabilities, partnering with leadership to move concepts to launch in a fast-moving security environment.

You will work with engineering, design, sales, and customer success teams to shape product direction, ensuring scalability and user impact. This role reports to the Senior Director, Product Management.

Formación

• 5+ years in product management, preferably in AI/ML, cybersecurity, identity, network security.
• Familiarity with IAM, PAM, and IGA.

Responsabilidades

• Drive AI product execution by translating market trends into features and improvements.
• Bridge startup speed with enterprise-grade thinking to meet real-world requirements at scale.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to deliver the roadmap.
• Own initiatives from concept to launch with measurable adoption and user success.
• Conduct research with CISOs and security teams to validate pain points for AI-driven identity security.
• Support external storytelling through customer conversations and analyst engagements.
