Delinea in Mexico City is seeking a senior software engineer to join a sprint team, focusing on integration solutions for cloud-hosted and on-premises applications. You will contribute to the full SDLC and promote secure development practices within a collaborative team.

You will work on the codebase that powers our identity security platform, with exposure to modern SPA frameworks, REST and SOAP services, and cloud integrations.

• 6 to 8+ years of development experience using C#, .NET Core, MS SQL and web technologies.
• Strong design skills and full SDLC experience.
• Experience with large data volumes and microservice ecosystems.
• REST and SOAP web services and modern SPA frameworks.

This position will work hybrid in our Mexico City office in Reforma.

What You’ll Do:

• Be a fully contributing member of a Delinea sprint team


• Work on integration solutions both cloud-hosted and on-premises applications


• Contribute to all aspects of software development lifecycle (SDLC) from architecture to design to development


• Promote secure development practices with awareness and application of OWASP principles.


• Contribute to and improve the code, tooling, and techniques that are shared across Platform teams.

What You’ll Need:

• 6 to 8 years+ experience in C#, .NET Core, MS SQL and web application technologies.


• Strong design skills and full software development lifecycle experience required.


• Experience working with large volumes of data.


• Experience working with a microservice ecosystem and other service to service integrations.


• Experience working with modern single page applications and multi-frontend frameworks like webpack module federation (WMF).


• Experience leveraging REST APIs and SOAP Web Services.


• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented principles, the .NET Framework, .NET.


• Experience with developing and hosting SaaS and/or cloud-based applications.


• Experience with large codebases and unit testing -- mock frameworks, automation testing.


• Proficiency in using version control systems such as Git.

• Ability to quickly read and understand both new and existing code.


• Ability to look at the big picture, come up with great new ideas and execute those ideas by writing code to make it happen.


• Passionate about writing quality code and constantly honing your development skills.


• Experience with Agile software development methodologies.


• Experience with cloud-based technologies (e.g. Azure, AWS).


• Experience with DevOps practices (e.g. continuous integration, continuous deployment).


• Experience with APMs such as Datadog.


• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
